DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jackson

This has always been one of my favorite hotels since I was a kid! Mainly because of the indoor outdoor heated pool, but I love the hotel altogether. Staff was very friendly and accommodated my early check-in with no problem. Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable

Great hotel..LOVE the new updates..yes..construction is happening..construction & upgrades are necessary in life..our rooms are beautiful, & very comfortable..spacious & very well appointed. BIG LOVE to Chyna for all her help with my rooms, adding rooms, adding nights..etc..all due to the family emergency that brought us here, close to hospital..a respite for family members unable to sleep in a hospital room recliner..& for my wife, who had to fly in alone to Memphis..to have a safe, clean welcome is priceless ..Aimee & Chyna got our rooms straight,,housekeeping brought fresh sheets for us, kept the towels coming. .im very appreciative of the staff here.

This is a wonderful hotel. Such a clean place you will be taken care of they also have a great restaurant with delicious food. The waitress that we had really made us feel like we were the only one there. In the morning you get a big breakfast totally included in your stay. Waffles sauage bacon eggs fruit yogurt Danish bagels toast coffee totally filling. We stayed here because it was close to pinson mounds state park and we were glad we did..they also have have a inside outside pool. The warm cookies are the best thank you

We stayed one night. Check-in was quick and informative. The room was freshly remodeled and clean. We visited the pool area, but did not use it. It was clean and well stocked with towels. We also utilized the Twist restaurant, but got it to take up to our room. We waited longer than expected, but it was so good! This is a great hotel for Jackson. It's only a <5 minute drive to several restaurants. It's unique and although it's been around for a long time, the updates have kept it modern and beautiful.

Remodeled but still has a lot of the charm with the plants and brick planters. Very clean. The pool area is beautiful! It’s indoor/outdoor and heated, very relaxing and clean. The several seating areas in the pool were comfortable and welcoming. The waitresses at breakfast were very kind. Great location.

Overall decent experience as are most places in this Hilton range. The beds are usually always the best part about a Hilton, but this time it was Josten, this young man truly went above and beyond to help out and we were so incredibly thankful for his efforts. My partner and I were having an already difficult day with travels so were exhausted getting to the hotel and so appreciative of his efforts. All in all, would return and stay for the hospitality alone.

After a 9 hour drive it was extremely comforting to walk in to a calm and patient environment. Trey greeted me with a warm smile and an even warmer chocolate chip, walnut cookie. Trey was the perfect completion to an inviting ambience after a very long day of driving. Dinner and drink was served by Kat, and Gio and I couldn’t have asked for better service. As Kat served my drinks with like conversation, Gio tended to my every need. For breakfast, I was welcomed with chipper, smiles from Rachel and Jackie. Their attention to detail and genuine care, helped to refresh and rehabilitate me from a long and tedious trip. Thank you Double Tree for choosing amazing staff and making my stay memorable.

Came in to get some rest travelling to Buffalo from Texas. From door to room it was a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and super clean visibly, by smell and the feel of it all. The breakfast staff was great along with the food. Perfect eggs sunny side up potatoes tender perfection. If you are travelling through and need a place to stay, this is where you need to lay your head.
